Our Policies

We want you to be pleased with the products and service you receive.  

 You can shop in confidence knowing your product is fresh, handmade, and has never been used by another customer.  To that end, due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. All Sales are final, so we cannot issue refunds due to the nature of our business.  Store Credit can be requested via email: GlamFixins@gmail.com if you are unsatisfied with your order.

Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged, please notify us by email at GlamFixins@gmail.com within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery receipt of the damaged product. Please attach photos and  full description of issue so we can do our best to  correct our shipping methods and  replace the item(s).

Missing Items
If we missed an item on your order, please notify us by email at GlamFixins@gmail.com within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery receipt of the missing item(s). Please attach photos and  full description of issue, include a copy of your receipt/ invoice, and the email used for your order, so we can do our best to replace the item(s).

In the event we do not have an item in stock a team member will coordinate with you via email when the product can be shipped at no additional cost to you or issue a store credit.
Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a replacement we will cover the shipping on the first occurrence. 

At this time we only ship to the contiguous United States.

Orders Placed after 5pm EST will be processed the following business day. Please allow 24 hours to process your order and 3-5 days from being marked as shipped to delivery. (We do our best to deliver as quickly as possible!)
